Refund policy
We pride in ourselves in selling only first quality, authentic merchandise. Should you have an issue with an item you received, please make use of the return policy we offer.
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the time of delivery. After 14 days, we cannot offer you a refund. Returns within 30 days still qualify for online store credit and exchanges.

Return Information:
- No additional signs of damage/abuse are present.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and you must have the original packaging.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within seven (7) days.
Late or missing refunds
Once we notify you that your refund has been processed but it has not been credited with seven (7-14) business days, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
